Please arrive on time to your appointment. Arrivals 10 minutes before or after start time cannot be accommodated. If you arrive early and the salon is locked please wait in your car. *Note the salon does not open before 12PM

Due to the intimate nature of some of our services, we have an age restriction in the salon of 16+ and 18+ for intimate waxing. If you arrive with children or guests your appointment will be cancelled as a no show and never rebooked.
*Please note we will make one time exceptions for event nails for 14-16 year old children at the discretion and with permission of the parent. Note these services will not be maintained.

Cancelations
Cancelations
24Hrs notice is required to rebook appointments. If cancellations are done between 24-5hrs before appointment there will be a 25$ fee. If between 5hrs and appointment start time the full cost of service is due. If you arrive to your appointment and remove/downgrade your service you will be charged full price. Adding additional services to boost appointment time will result in full charge for those time slots. No shows are never rebooked. *Note that if you cannot cancel/rebook on fresha and it notifies you to call, there will be a fee!*
Fur Friendly
Fur Friendly
Our facility is fur friendly and is home to our co-owner Miss Beef-Barley Appleby who is a support cat. We ask that clients with aggressive allergies refrain from booking. We encourage clients who have support animals to bring them to our safe space so they can be supported during their appointment if needed.
No Foreign Fills
All sets or fills completed elsewhere require full removal and re-application without exception. If you schedule a fill on a foreign set you will be charged full price for service booked and the set will be removed, if time allows a new set can be applied at full price. If you choose to leave the appointment instead of doing the removal the appointment will be considered a no show and you will never be rebooked.
Repairs
There are no warranties/guarantees on services. All repairs are charged at 5$+ each. No exceptions.
